Describe the bug Can't duplicate image after duplicating "create sprite" block

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.New Project 3.Drag set mySprite to sprite of kind Player 4.Duplicate this block

Actual behavior Can't duplicate image after duplicating "create sprite" block 1

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.3.27 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.8.13

This is bad, even if I drag the image, duplicate is not happing.
