Describe the bug Loading skillmap page is slow

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.Tutorials------>Game Maker Guide

Actual behavior Loading skillmap page is slow. 1

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.3.30 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.8.15

@Sheila111 can you try https://arcade.makecode.com/beta--skillmap? What you are loading is the live skillmap.

@abchatra Still loading for a while. But I'm not sure if this is slow. 1

Seeing even further increased times now.

Further detail here, the new format of skillmap page still loads slow, but the fact that it can show and disappear if someone has visited before makes it not only appear extra slow, but also buggy.

I'd like to see if we can find a better method for loading previous progress than to keep the entire map from showing. This can take upwards of a minute.
