Describe the bug Arcade icon can't see clearly when clicking "Show Instructions"

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.Lessons------>Cherry Pickr------>Show Instructions

Actual behavior Arcade icon is gray and can't see clearly when clicking "Show Instructions" 4

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.3.30 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.8.15

Github seems to have some sort of fancy switching favicon so we should too maybe
