Describe the bug Arcade app: The page shows no image in "Cardboard Panel"

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Download app in https://arcade.makecode.com/offline-app 2.Hardware----->Cardboard Panel------->Show Instructions

Expect behavior The page shows image in "Cardboard Panel" 2

Actual behavior The page shows no image in "Cardboard Panel" image

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.3.44 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.8.33

Same issue in "Arcade table" and "Arcade cabinet"
