Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Download app in https://arcade.makecode.com/offline-app 2.Hardware----->Arcade table/ Arcade cabinet

Expect behavior Show image on "Arcade table" and "Arcade cabinet" image

Actual behavior No image on "Arcade table" and "Arcade cabinet" image

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.3.44 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.8.33
