Describe the bug Arcade app: Immersive Reader could not be launched

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Download app in https://makecode.com/api/release/arcade/v1.4.33/win64 and install it 2.Click any tutorial

Actual behavior Arcade app: Immersive Reader could not be launched 1

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.4.33 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.12.14

@Sheila111 this is fixed in the latest app version. Please use the latest one.

@abchatra Immersive Reader still can't be used in offline app. 1

Sound doesn't come still.
