Describe the bug Multipart Tutorials: Simulator and toolbox disappear after clicking next tutorial

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.Multipart Tutorials----->Side Scroller------>Start Tutorial 3.Finish the tutorial and click next tutorial "Create a race car"

Actual behavior Multipart Tutorials: Simulator and toolbox disappear after clicking next tutorial 2

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.6.5 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 7.2.8
