User impact:
Users who rely on Keyboard will impacted and user will not able to visualize when All "See more button's visual focus indicator is not visible.

Note: User credentials should NOT be included in the bug.

Repro Steps:

1. Open the URL https://arcade.makecode.com/
2. Landing page will be appeared.
3. Verify whether All "See more button's visual focus indicator is visible.

Actual Result: When navigating to the page, all "See more" button's visual focus indicator is not visible.

Expected Result: When navigating to the page, all "See more" button's visual focus indicator should be visible.

Notes: Basically issue is repro with all "See More"button.
