Instructions as one long ticker-tape instead of distinct step pages

What are the requirements for the project?

Students can't handle needing 2 instruction advancement methods, and there are too many variables for content creators to know whether or not a step will fit perfectly into one frame. The need to scroll will become increasingly important as we include images/GIFs/Videos alongside the instructions that they relate to.

Is there a deadline or date this is needed by?

ASAP

Students tend to click "Next" instead of scrolling when they see that there are more instructions to read.
