Describe the bug Changing color palette is slow when signing in

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta#
  2. Sign in your account
  3. Create a new project and switch to Assets editor
  4. Open the color palette dialog and change color palette

Actual behavior Changing color palette is slow when signing in

Expect behavior Changing color palette not slowly when signing in
