Describe the bug Title of "Welcome to the Show" in tutorial becomes "The World's a Stage"

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/--skillmap#star
  2. Start tutorial "Welcome to the Show"
  3. Observe the title of tutorial

Actual behavior Title of "Welcome to the Show" in tutorial becomes "The World's a Stage"

Expect behavior Title should be same with the name of tutorial

@abchatra This bug still reproduced in the latest beta version: arcade version: 1.13.53 Makecode version: 9.3.9
