Describe the bug "Dunk": Tutorial content of step10 needs update

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta#
  2. Tutorial----->Dunk----->Blocks Start Tutorial
  3. Go to step10

Actual behavior "Dunk": Tutorial content of step10 needs update

Expect behavior Image of projectile should be empty for the block set cone to projectile from side with vx -90 vy 0

@abchatra This bug still reproduced in the latest beta version: arcade version: 1.13.53 MakeCode version: 9.3.9
