Describe the bug "Dunk": Hint of step17 needs update

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta#
  2. Tutorial----->Dunk----->Blocks Start Tutorial
  3. Go to step17

Actual behavior "Dunk": Hint of step17 needs update

Expect behavior

  1. Image of player should update for the block set player to sprite (...) of kind Player in the hint
  2. Animation of player should update for the block animate player frames interval (ms) 100 loop in the hint

@abchatra This bug still reproduced in the latest beta version: arcade version: 1.13.53 MakeCode version: 9.3.9
