/kiosk not redirecting to /--kiosk with cache

This might be something where we just need to invalidate the cache or something, and it's possible it's something up with my machine as well, but when I navigate to /kiosk, the following is the page that gets loaded:

Similarly, when I navigate to the "Scan QR" screen on the /--kiosk endpoint, I get the following page:

Context: OS: Windows 11 Browser: Chrome v116.0.5845.97

Note I do not get this functionality in incognito of Chrome or in Edge.
