Small updates to Kiosk docs #6183

Need to be slightly updated. image

The games list is here: https://github.com/microsoft/pxt-arcade/blob/6659210a459cdf64df9772e7e1f18cc2d5bf1fb7/targetconfig.json And we removed the "Secure the River" game.

Then we also changed the time limit to 30 minutes. image
