Arcade Offline Version missing 'MRT Game Maker Kit' in the Hardware device list #6215

Offline version of arcade's Hardware list for download has no 'MRT Game Maker Kit'

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://arcade.makecode.com/offline-app'
  2. Click on 'makecode-arcade-setup-win64.exe' and download
  3. Run the program and open a game file
  4. Move cursor to the download button ... 'click to select hardware' and click choose hardware.
  5. In the hardware list, there is no 'MRT Game Maker Kit' option to choose from.

Expected behavior Expect to have the MRT Game Maker Kit device listed on the Arcade offline version hardware list.

This will be fixed when we release next version of offline app which is around every 3 months
