Describe the bug There is no response when click help of blocks in Carnival Category

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta--skillmap#balloon 2.Burst Your Balloon-> Start. 3.Carnival Category- >Help of blocks

Actual behavior: There is no response when click Help of blocks.

Expected behavior: Open blocks' help documentation.
