Describe the bug There is no response when click Feedback under Help menu in skill maps

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta. 2.Open any tutorials of skill maps. 3.Click Feedback under Help menu.

Actual behavior: There is no response when click Feedback.

Expected behavior: Open Feedback dialogs that can submit feedback with no error.

This bug reproduced in tutorials of Beginner Skillmaps and Next Level Skillmaps
