Add search to sprite gallery #953

There are a lot of sprites in the sprite gallery. We should tag the sprites with names (in a localizable way) and add a search bar to filter what shows up. Similar to what we do in the Minecraft editor with the block picker:

Just bumping this one. My 7 year old was asking for the same thing yesterday to help her navigate the gallery easily.
