Repro steps: • Navigate to https://makecode.chibitronics.com/#editor • Click "Upload" on the bottom-left

Expected result(Edge, Chrome & Firefox): After clicking "Upload" button, the pop up box shows like below compare1

Actual result(IE): After clicking "Upload" button, the pop up box shows differently on IE issue1
