"D1" has been set off, but when pressing "D1", simulator has response #227

Repro steps: • Navigate to https://makecode.chibitronics.com/#editor • Drag block as below .gif • Click "D1" on simulator and observe simulator Expected result(IE): For "D1" has been set off, so when pressing "D1", simulator should not have response 2

Actual result(Edge, Chrome & Firefox): "D1" has been set off, but when pressing "D1", simulator has response issue3
