Project name is accepting unlimited characters and for the long names text is going out of the boundary in home page #609

Steps to Reproduce: 1.Launch the browser and open the URL: [https://makecode.mindstorms.com/.|https://makecode.mindstorms.com/] 2.Click on plus icon to add new project 3.User navigate to the canvas page. 4.Now click on home button and see that application ask user to enter the project name before exit the project. 5.Give unlimited characters on the project name field and click on done. 6.User navigate to the home page. 7.Observe that Project name is accepting unlimited characters and for the long names text is going out of the boundary in home page.

Actual result: Project name is accepting unlimited characters and for the long names text is going out of the boundary in home page. Expected result: Project name should not accept unlimited characters and for the long names text should not go out of the boundary in home page.

make code_unlimited characters as project name

This is a missing PXT feature. We need to support min/max ranges on project names.
