Build:Make Code Web site (Lego Mindstroms EV3 Version:0.1.4, Microsoft Make code version: 3.4.9) Environment: Windows10 lenovo home Edition(Mozilla Firefox v 59.0.1 (64-bit)), Windows 10 1703 Creators Update (Mozilla Firefox v 59.0.1 (64-bit)), Windows 10 1709 Fall Creators Update (Mozilla Firefox v 59.0.1 (64-bit))

Steps to Reproduce: 1.Enter the URL: "https://makecode.mindstorms.com/" in browser. 2.Navigate to the home page. 3.Click on show instructions button on any predefined project say 'Try'. 4.User navigates to the canvas page. 5.Click on external icon present on the top right of documentation panel. 6.See that the information tab is not opening when user click on external icon.

The bug reference is in .Mp4 file format which is not supported here to attach. can you please suggest us the possible way to make it ?

Yeah known issue, on Firefox it blocks the popup. Here is the pxt issue: https://github.com/Microsoft/pxt/issues/4183
