Include Version as Standard Property in Telemetry #5165

Describe the bug It'd be helpful to have both of these versions included by default as properties in all of our telemetry events:

It can help track down when bugs appear, verify changes that should apply on/after certain versions, and so on...

I won't mark it for the release it. But feel free to do it if you can.

Note to self: these versions are stored in pxt.appTarget.versions
