Describe the bug Hover mouse causes all cards in the following rows to jitter with high contrast is on

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta. 2.More…->High Contrast On. 3.Hover mouse on the card and observe the following rows.

Actual behavior: Hover mouse causes all cards in the following rows to jitter with high contrast is on.

Expected behavior: Hover mouse won't cause all cards to jitter when high contrast is on.

There is a workaround that change the window's size, this bug won't occur. workaround
