Describe the bug [iPad] Games->Rock Paper Scissors: There is no icon of scissors

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta on iPad. 2.Open a Games->Rock Paper Scissors->Blocks/Python/JavaScript Start Tutorial. 3.Observe the icon of Scissors.

Actual behavior: There is no icon of scissors on iPad machine.

Expected behavior: There is icon of scissors.
