Describe the bug "Cat Napping": No yellow highlighted blocks to indicate new added blocks in hint of the first 9 steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta 2.Tutorials for the new micro:bit(V2)->Cat Napping->Block Start Tutorial. 3.Observe the first 9 steps hint.

Actual behavior: New added blocks no yellow highlighted in the hint.

Expected behavior: There are highlighted blocks in hint to indicate the new added blocks.

This bug no yellow highlighted blocks in hint also reproduced in Games->Rock Paper Scissors->Block Start Tutorial.
