[iPad]'Teacher Tools': Reload back to home page when full load ten category blocks in Select Block dialog #5727

Describe the bug [iPad]'Teacher Tools': Reload back to home page when full load ten category blocks in Select Block dialog

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to MakeCode Teacher Tool (microbit.org) 2.Create or open a checklist. 3.Click 'Add Criteria' and choose 'block used count times'. 4.Click the 'block' to open 'Select Block' dialog. 5.Open ten category and scroll look through them load completely. 6.Observe.

Actual behavior: Shows 'This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred' and reload back to home page.

Expected behavior: Display all opened category normally.

Additional context: 1.OS: iPad 8th 17.5.1 2.Browsers: Safari 3.makecode.microbit,org version: 7.0.13 4.Microsoft MakeCode version: 10.0.23

Hi @abchatra , please look this bug which only reproduced on iPad platform.
