Removing the localizations from pxt.json #34

Hummm, we need to resurect those translations eventually. Not clear what hapenned here.

@pelikhan why were the translations deleted in the first place? Alternatively we can replace the empty json files with {} and that'll probably work too.

Looks like this was a mistake, so closing
