If it contains Unicode characters, the github operation will fail. #7357

I tried to use my native language, Japanese, but it didn't work. I've tried this with microbit and arcade.

  1. Open Makecode
  2. Select device (I tested it with microbit and arcade)
  3. create project
  4. edit README.md 
    Please include characters that cannot be represented by ascii😍
  5. Push to github
  6. Displayed "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again."
  7. I can't pull.

I'm trying it out in the following environment.

I saw this happen after naming a JavaScript variable θ.
