[0.72][Cherry Pick] Remove some usages of APIs deprecated in iOS & removed in visionOS #2036

Backport of #2034 to 0.72-stable. Notably different for this branch is that we're missing https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/42d67452eb9a507651078882d00df44dd6720049 , so instead of updating RCTAlertController.mm, we are updating RCTAlertController.m
