Document disk space requirements #151

The System Dependencies page needs a callout about the disk space requirements when building an RN app (especially for the first time) via the npx react-native run-windows command.

Do we know what the current requirements are? We'll want to keep the number reasonably up to date, so maybe build in a buffer. May overlap with #156.
