Create a Calculator Fabric sample #953

Suggestion

It's probably worth having a version of the Calculator sample that uses the new experimental fabric template. Not necessarily because we're going to advertise "use fabric now!" but just to start a baseline that gests some upgrade coverage.

@TatianaKapos Can you create this new sample when the other samples are updated for 0.75? Just put it next to the existing Calculator cppwinrt and csharp folders (fabric?) so we have something to monitor and update as we move on to 0.76.
