Proposal: Expo Snack should support Windows

Summary

Expand iOS, Android, and Web support to also include Windows.

Motivation

Expo Snack is the best way to quickly experiment with React Native. It's also the best way to make actionable bug reports. And it's the best way to quickly compare behavior across platforms. It supports iOS, Android, and Web. We should enable Windows support as well.

Need to figure out what Expo needs to do versus what we can do. First step is probably reaching out to Expo and figuring out how to work towards this.

What happened to this issue, are we able to now use this in expo apps?
