Not a designer just a thought how about Y in YARP as Arrow. something like bellow

Not the final product but maybe a step. Pretty sure the colors are wrong, and something else could be done with the symbols representing web services and the cloud. yarpicon

How about something like the below. Very simple Y using fluent design.

We got a new icon from the design team. Updated original comment to track adding it to all the places we need it.
