`v13.0.0-2` without Power and s390x artifacts #14

Hi ,

Noticed that https://github.com/microsoft/ripgrep-prebuilt/releases/tag/v13.0.0-1 release had power and s390x artifacts but https://github.com/microsoft/ripgrep-prebuilt/releases/tag/v13.0.0-2 didn't have and latest release - https://github.com/microsoft/ripgrep-prebuilt/releases/tag/v13.0.0-4 has got the artifacts.

Any particular reason for not publishing version - v13.0.0-2 without Power and s390x artifacts ?

never mind found the issue , as travis support was removed in that release and hence P,Z artifacts got missed. image

and we enabled P,Z in azure pipelines - https://github.com/microsoft/ripgrep-prebuilt/pull/13 , good to close this issue.
