Publish a rendered version on each commit to main that's hosted on GitHub Pages.

It should be possible to eventually have multiple versions (thinking tagged editions here) hosted under GitHub Pages, e.g.
https://microsoft.github.io/rust-for-dotnet-devs/latest/
https://microsoft.github.io/rust-for-dotnet-devs/2023/
The latest version baking off main via CI should be naturally go under the first URL.
