Citation not showing "png" or "jpg" screenshot data from a pdf file

Describe the bug The citation panel is displaying blank when there is a png or jpg image embedded in a pdf reference file

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Reference section'
2. Click on 'reference document'
3. Scroll down to '.the section of file where image is and you will see it is coming as blank'
4. See error

Expected behavior Should show content of images as well

Configuration: Please provide the following

• Azure OpenAI model name and version 'gpt-4, version 0613'
• Is chat history enabled? "Yes"
• Are you using data? If so, what data source? (e.g. Azure AI Search, Azure CosmosDB Mongo vCore, etc) Azure Blob Storage
