SARIF report is not viewable on Azure Devops though we have SARIF Viewer extension installed

Are you using the PublishPipelineArtifacts task aka publish? If so, try the PublishBuildArtifacts@1 task. This made it work for me.

It doesn't appear to be documented anywhere.
