There are no release notes with this change, as it is another iteration on our unshipped feature. High-level improvements:

We now successfully create a manifest and resources DLL that will allow us to dynamically enable tracing for a running process.
Cleaned up events names. Add an event for the time when the first file is actually queued for analysis.
