Prepare release v2.0.0 #38

Getting release v2.0.0 ready.

Checked black, pylint, pytest. Ran poetry upgrade to get latest dependencies. Ran each command once as a sanity check (and fixed a regression :-p). Pushed to test.pypi.org and installed and ran from there.
