Set sarif file via configuration #503

Currently I have a static analysis tool generate a sarif file in my build folder. It would be nice to have the option to set a default sarif file to load in the vscode settings file. This way I don't have to navigate to the file each time.

Seems to be covered by #507 which provides a clearer description.
