Refresh results after new scan? #543

Sorry if I'm missing the obvious, but how do I load new scan results after fixing some issues? There does not seem to be a refresh button/command or an auto-refresh mechanism. So for now I close the log and open it again.

VSCode 1.85.1 & SARIF Viewer v3.4.2 on Windows, source code & scan results on WSL 2 VM
