Do NOT open the SARIF after commit. #549

Poping up the SARIF viewer after each commit is very intrusive. Make this optional or add flag to disable. this behavior.

This is a cool and useful tool but until there's an option to never automatically open the viewer (commit, branch change, open VSCode, etc all seem to do it?), I've uninstalled it.
