• Fix Markdown lint warnings
  • Ensure one blank line before and after headings
  • Ensure one blank line before and after lists
  • Fix HTML anchors to use lowercase (as they were generated from the headings)
  • Remove trailing spaces at the end of line
  • Ensure one blank line at the end of file
  • Add language code to code block when possible
