Support tab-completion in common shells #529

Please provide tab-completion for common shells (specifically, zsh on macOS) - this is a very helpful feature for CLIs which have subcommands and arguments.

Now that the scalar CLI is part of the core Git project, we can pursue that direction with the Git community.

There are no changes to be made in this repository, so I'm closing the issue.
