Update pyscitt CLI and demo scripts for claims verification scenarios

• Update pyscitt CLI to support verification of claims produced before a DR through historic service parameters (using a static trust store)
• Update pyscitt CLI to optionally enable connection verification when dynamically resolving a DID web contained in the receipt (useful when the resolution requires connecting to a DID server with a custom SSL certificate, like the SCITT ledger)
• Update CTS demo scripts to support DID web roots configuration and verification of retrieved claims with embedded receipts
