Description

Through this pull request the following changes are being made

• Added the DeviceCompliancePolicySettingStateSummaries function
• Added the DeviceComplianceSettingStates function
• Added the DeviceConfigurationDeviceStateSummaries function
• Removed the DeviceCompliancePolicySettingStates function because the above new functions are more efficient
• Removed the DeviceCompliancePolicyStates function because the above new functions are more efficient
• Removed the DeviceConfigurationProfileStates function because the above new functions are more efficient

Remaining Work

• [ ] Add new device configuration profile functions that measure setting adherence at the policy setting vs device
• [ ] Update the DeviceActions function to use the newly added functions
