Description

Through this pull request the following changes are being made

Updated the SecMgmtInsights.DeviceCompliancePolicySettingStates function to optimize the HTTP requests
Updated the SecMgmtInsights.DeviceConfiguationPolicySettingStates function to optimize the HTTP requests
