Template relationship cardinality #60

Steps to reproduce

The following table should have a many to one relationship. With the templates they are currently set to one to one

Expected behavior

The template to refresh without an issue

Actual behavior

Errors were encountered due to duplicate keys

Environment

Windows 10 Power BI Desktop

This issue has been resolved by PR #61
